We have been agitating about what to do with our kitchen for years - extend, extend a bit, just change things round a bit, or leave as is. Ultimately we have wanted to try to see how we can accommodate a dining room in our kitchen, but having spoken separately to architects and then builders I was no more clear on what the options were and how to decide what path was the best.
The Collective Edition helped us to reaffirm what mattered to us and then provided a headline design and pricing for three different options.
The creative thinking was fantastic, with results we did not anticipate, and the methodology and clarity of thinking was invaluable.
We now have clarity and a plan for the first time in ages and we could not be more grateful. I highly recommend the team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessie to redesign my office space and desk, and I am thrilled with the results! Jessie has an incredible talent for seeing things in a unique and creative way. Her ability to identify improvements that I would have never considered is truly remarkable.
When I saw that Jessie was offering office layout audits, I was immediately intrigued by the potential to enhance my workspace. Rather than spending countless hours rearranging my office and hoping for the best, I decided to book an audit with her.
Before our call, I sent Jessie a few photos and a short video of my current setup. She quickly came back with brilliant ideas on how to use my space more effectively. One of her key suggestions was to create distinct therapy and admin areas, which was a game-changer for me.
Previously, my desk was in front of a window, offering a lovely view but causing issues with sun glare during Zoom calls with clients. Jessie suggested relocating my desk to improve lighting and functionality. Now, I have a dedicated admin area that I can easily transition out of when it's time to see clients in my newly created therapy space. This setup has been working wonderfully.
Jessie also provided valuable advice on optimizing my desk. Following her suggestions, I invested in storage solutions that double as a stand for my iPad during online work – a perfect win-win situation.
Moreover, Jessie sent me a mood board to help me consider new colour schemes, as my walls are plain white. I know that I will be improving things even further in the not to distant future.

NORWICH - Phase I

We had just moved to Norwich from Australia and didn’t know anyone. The house we bought needed a lot of renovating to make it feel like home and we didn’t know where to start. My husband heard about Jessie via LinkedIn and we got in touch.
She was wonderful right from the start! She came over and we had a nice long chat about the things we wanted to do in the house from top to bottom.
Never having done such a project and not knowing costs in the UK, we didn’t really have an exact budget. Jessie prepared an in-depth feasibility study that broke down each project so we could tackle them at our own pace as our evolving knowledge and budget allowed. This was an enormous help for focusing our energy and money.
Jessie was a huge help coming up with our kitchen plans. She had invaluable insight that helped us consolidate our thinking around what we wanted and what could work in the space we have.
